I’m Confused AND I Like It!
Last night a comment came up on a coaching call which really got (and still has) me thinking. I thought I’d write about it so I can sift through my own thoughts, and hopefully hear yours as well.
The discussion was about noticing how, when we meditate, we just feel…….for lack of a better word…..better! And when we feel good (or better yet, better) we vibrate at a higher frequency than when we feel not-so-good. And since the Law of Attraction tells us we can only attract things on a similar frequency of vibration, feeling good is always the goal.
Now here is the comment, which came from Dixie, a very wise, insightful thinker, who is not new to the practice of meditation, yet relatively new to this, guided meditation:
