It’s true.
I have fallen madly, deeply, hopelessly in L-O-V-E… with the devil! Not THE Devil, but with the book “Outwitting the Devil,” by Napoleon Hill. Love bordering on obsession. This book has stretched my mind in ways I didn’t know were possible. And I’m finding it hard to feel “down,” even though I’m involved with some challenges.
And I love it! Continue reading

New Favorite Thing~The 10-10 Exercise
Today I am excited to share my new favorite thing. It’s called the 10-10 Exercise, takes only a few minutes and brings rather magical results. Here’s how it works
Each day (first thing in thing in the morning, if possible), write down

Eat, Pray, Love… JOURNAL
Actually, the journal should come first (but then it wouldn’t be such a snappy, little title), because that’s what this post is about~ writing in a journal.
DISCLAIMER: EVERYTHING IN RED IS A BOLD-FACED LIE, WRITTEN TO GIVE YOU AN IDEA OF HOW TO MAKE STUFF UP (MSU). Continue reading

Pay Attention To Your Intention
The dictionary defines intention as a purpose or goal. While these words may be linguistically similar, I see them as a little different. When I choose a goal I am inclined to be practical, logical and somewhat (but not too!) realistic. When I set an intention, I tend to be all of those things, with a healthy dose of emotion and imagination. Continue reading

Three Simple Ways To Benefit From Meditation
Up until recently, after countless hours of attempts and disappointments, I had decided that meditation was overrated; it was too hard; I wasn’t doing it right; there was a secret that the experts weren’t sharing. At the very least, I had decided that meditation was not for me! Why would I want to sit still, with my eyes closed for fifteen minutes, doing nothing if I didn’t perceive a benefit? No thank you! The “Secret Power” of Dogs
For years I have joked that in my next life, I want to be a dog; specifically one of MY dogs! We are an animal-loving family and I think it would be pretty wonderful being one of our pets. And this weekend, after dog-sitting my grandson, Brody for four days, I am more convinced than ever that dogs have it all figured out. And by “it,” I mean life; the secret to it, the meaning of it and the formula for enjoying it….
JUST LOVE EVERYTHING!

The Best Thing I EVER Did~in 2011
So today, the holidays are officially over~ for me. (My daughter and her boyfriend were visiting his family in the UK, and yesterday was the first day we could all get together to exchange gifts with them. Did it. Loved it. Now let’s get that tree out of my house!!!) And now that they’re over, I can officially dive back into what I love nearly as much as my kids, the beach and playing tennis ~ My business

If You’re Happy & You’re Growing Clap Your Hands
Over the past two weeks, I have been doing some free coaching sessions. I’ve met some really wonderful people from all over the world. I have been inspired by their stories and presumably, I’ve helped them gain clarity on their goals and shared practical ideas on ways to move forward.
Yesterday, as I glanced through my notes from those sessions, I experienced perhaps the clearest awareness I’ve ever had regarding human behavior.
WE ALL WANT THE SAME THING! Continue reading
